To open an existing presentation, on the Standard
toolbar, click the Open button.

From the open dialog box, click the arrow of the
Look In combo box and click My Documents.

Double-click MS PowerPoint Exercises.
-
Click Overview of the Internet and click Open.
-
On the main menu, click View -> Master ->
Slide Master
-
On the main menu, click Format -> Background...
-
From the Background dialog box, click the combo
box and click Fill Effects...
-
Click the Color 1 combo box and click More
Colors...
-
From the Colors dialog box, click the Custom
property sheet.
-
Set the color values to Red: 255, Green: 153,
Blue: 0.

Click OK
-
Push the Slider left at 2/5 from Dark.
-
In the Shading Style section, make sure the
Horizontal radio button is selected. In the Variant section, click the
button on 2nd column - 2nd row.

Click Ok.
-
Click Apply.
-
Click the Master Title. There is a text box that surrounds
the Master Title. Then there is a rectangular box behind the Master
Title, we need to select that rectangular box, not including the
master title. If you have the Slide Miniature on your screen, drag it
down to the lower right corner of the screen.

On the empty area on the right side of the text
box that surrounds the Master Title, right-click the dark section

Click Format AutoShape...
-
From the Format AutoShape dialog box, make sure
the Colors And Lines property Sheet is displaying. In the Fill
section, click the Color combo box and click Fill Effects...
-
From the Fill Effects dialog box, make sure the
Gradients property sheet is selected. Make sure the One Color radio
button is selected. Click the Color 1 combo box and select More
Colors...
-
Using the Custom property sheet, set the color
values to Red: 255, Green: 153, Blue: 0.
-
Click OK.
-
In the Shading Style section, make sure the
Vertical radio button is select. Click OK.
-
There is a vertical rectangular box on the right
side of the slide. Right-click its top section and click Format
AutoShape...
-
Click the Color combo box and click Fill
Effects...
-
Click the Color 1 combo box and click More
Colors...
-
Using the Custom property sheet, set the color
values to Red: 255, Green: 153, Blue: 0 and click OK.
-
In the Shading Style section, click Vertical.
-
In the Variant section, click the button on 1st
column - 1st row.
-
Click OK and click OK again.
-
If you have the Master toolbar on your screen,
click Close

Otherwise, click the Outline View button

.
-
Press Home to make sure you are in the first
slide.
Click the Slide View button

.

On slide 1, right-click inside the slide and click
Background...
-
Click the combo box and select Fill Effects...
-
Make sure you are in the Gradient property sheet
and the One Color radio button is selected. Click Color 1.
-
Using the Custom property sheet, set the color
values to Red: 255, Green: 153, Blue: 0 and click OK.
-
In the Shading Style section, make sure the
Horizontal radio button is selected. In the Variant section, click the
button on 2nd column - 2nd row.

Click Apply.
-
To view the presentation, on the main menu, click
View -> Slide Show
-
View the whole presentation until the end.
